The Challenge
The renovation took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, introducing unexpected challenges that required the team to adapt quickly. Health and safety protocols — including social distancing, staggered work schedules, and increased on-site sanitation — had to be maintained throughout. Coordinating installation across 101 guestrooms and public spaces within a defined timeline meant carefully managing material deliveries and sequencing while ensuring all work met Hampton Inn brand standards and ADA requirements.
Our Approach
ChristoTrim addressed these challenges through careful planning, flexible scheduling, and strong team coordination. Work was organized in phases, allowing crews to move efficiently through guestrooms while maintaining safe conditions and consistent progress. The scope included shower conversions, new entry and bathroom doors, case goods, suite room millwork, soft seating, window treatments, and appliances. ADA improvements were installed in designated rooms, and the fitness center was expanded and fully re-equipped with modern fitness equipment.
The Result
Despite the demands of the pandemic, the project was completed on time with fully renovated guestrooms, refreshed public spaces, and an expanded fitness center. The updated interiors align with Hampton Inn brand standards, delivering modern finishes, improved functionality, and enhanced comfort. Through adaptability and attention to detail, ChristoTrim maintained consistent quality across all 101 rooms while delivering an upgraded hospitality environment built for long-term guest satisfaction.
