The Challenge
A major flooding event forced the property to shut down entirely, leaving all 101 guestrooms and public areas with significant interior damage. The project required full coordination of multiple trades to simultaneously restore and modernize the property — all while meeting Extended Stay America brand standards and updated ADA accessibility requirements within a compressed three-month timeline.
Our Approach
ChristoTrim executed a complete interior renovation across all guestrooms and public areas, including redesigned layouts featuring new kitchen millwork, quartz countertops, bathroom vanities, appliances, case goods, soft seating, and window treatments. ADA upgrades were incorporated into designated rooms and bathrooms, and the lobby, fitness center, and guest laundry facilities received full FF&E refreshes to return all amenities to brand standard.
The Result
The renovation fully restored and modernized the property, returning all 101 guestrooms and public amenities to current brand and accessibility standards. What began as a disaster recovery project became an opportunity to deliver a genuinely upgraded hospitality environment — allowing the hotel to reopen with improved functionality, modern finishes, and an enhanced overall guest experience.
