The Cahallenge
The Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Airport required a full modernization to meet current brand standards while continuing to serve a steady stream of business travelers and airport guests. The renovation required coordinating guestroom upgrades, FF&E installation, new flooring and wall finish work, and public area improvements — all within an active property that continued welcoming guests throughout the process.
Our Approach
This project marked a significant milestone for ChristoTrim, expanding our scope to include wallpaper and LVT flooring throughout all 101 guestrooms, plus tile flooring in the lobby. Custom millwork, bathroom vanities, countertops, case goods, soft seating, and all FF&E components were installed across guestrooms and public areas. ADA accessibility improvements were incorporated into designated rooms and bathrooms, and the fitness center and common areas were refreshed to complete the transformation.
The Result
The renovation successfully brought the hotel into full alignment with Four Points by Sheraton brand standards. New LVT flooring, updated bathrooms, modern furnishings, and refreshed public spaces enhanced both guest comfort and the property's competitive appeal — delivering a hotel well-positioned to serve the San Francisco International Airport corridor for years to come.
